Stress & anxiety: two sprays rubbed on the back of the neck, plus the forehead and temples.

Better sleep: one spray on the bottom of each foot before bed — it works through the reflexology points.

Sinus: spray once on your palms, rub gently, cup your nose and inhale a few times.
